Restrictions of use.

A. General Information

This website and all related services are operated under the registered business entity [Your Brother’s Business Name under GST], through which official invoices and payments are processed.

All offerings — therapy sessions, workshops, and courses — are conducted by Kashika Gulati, a counselling psychologist and soft skills trainer.

B. Therapy & Consultation Services

All therapy sessions are confidential and conducted ethically in alignment with psychological best practices. Therapy is a space for emotional support and growth but is not a substitute for psychiatric or medical treatment. The 15-minute pre-consultation call is complimentary and serves as an introductory space to discuss your needs. Full session details, fees, and schedules will be shared upon confirmation via email..

C. Booking & Payments

Bookings can be made through the website, by email, or through the official booking form. All payments must be made in advance to confirm your session, workshop, or course. Accepted payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, or secure online gateway. Invoices with GST will be provided for all confirmed payments.'

D. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after that window may be charged partially or fully. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable. In case of emergencies or technical issues (for online sessions), we’ll find the best possible alternate time together.

E. Courses & Digital Products

All courses (like the Emotional Freedom Bundle) are self-paced and non-transferable. Once purchased, you receive lifetime access to the course content. As digital products are delivered immediately, they are non-refundable after access has been granted. Any technical issue or access problem will be resolved promptly upon email notification.

F. Corporate Workshops

Workshop bookings require a pre-assessment call to understand the organization’s needs. A booking is confirmed only after payment or signed agreement. Dates can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the event. Materials and handouts shared during workshops are for internal use only and may not be distributed publicly without written permission.

G. Confidentiality & Ethics

All client and participant information is kept strictly confidential. Case details, session notes, or personal data will never be shared with third parties, unless required by law or with explicit consent.

H. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are considered only for duplicate payments or administrative errors. If you are unsatisfied with a workshop or service, please reach out — I’ll do my best to resolve it personally and fairly..
